When returning your order please include the item in it's original packaging, with all swing tickets and accessories as it was delivered to you. Please also include your order form with the item you are returning highlighted or marked. If this conditions are met you will guarantee your return will be processed.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning an item back to us. We advise using a Royal Mail Standard Service. If for any reason you are unable to return the item due to particular circumstances please get in touch with us at email@example.com and we will be more than happy to assist with your return.
If your order was delivered with faults of damages please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange a paid for returns label for your use.
If you are wishing to exchange your item for another item in our collection, then please follow the process above, but also get in touch with us at email@example.com detailing your exchange and we will be more than happy to arrange your exchange.
